BAKE AT HOME PIES (Apple, Pumpkin, Apple Boysenberry)
You can bake your pies straight from the freezer! Do not let your frozen pie defrost, nobody likes a soggy pie!
  • Step 1: preheat oven to 350 F
  • Step 2: Remove all plastic wrap from the pie keeping the metal disposable pie pan and place the pie on a baking sheet.
  • Step 3: Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven. Bake your pie for 35 minutes. Check in on your pie, send it some good vibes and rotate it. If the crust is getting too dark you can cover the edges with foil so they don't continue to brown. Bake for another 35-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Please take into consideration that not all ovens are created equal and baking times can vary depending on various factors like oven size and the altitude you will be baking these goodies at.

Cinnamon Rolls
  • Step 1: Proof cinnamon rolls. Depending on when you will need your pastries baked by is when you will start proofing. Place your cinnamon rolls in the container that you will use to bake them in before proofing. You can leave them on your counter to proof until they rise 3x times their original frozen size or leave them inside your fridge overnight to defrost and pull them in the morning for a faster proof. Proofing time depends on humidity and heat so it's hard to say how long this can take.
  • Step 2 : Once rolls are almost 3x the size, preheat oven to 300 F. Next, place your cinnamon rolls in your oven. If they are overflowing from your container make sure to place foil or another pan underneath to catch the excess butter that will fall off the bread while baking.
Step 3: Bake your rolls 25-30 min in a conventional oven, 20-25 min in a convection oven or until golden brown.
  • Step 4: Glaze your rolls
